- An application shall be made by the registrant to the accredited registrar to transfer its registration to another natural or juristic person including its password, which is securely presented, and assigning its reasons.
- A letter shall be made from the person to whom the registration is being transferred, to the accredited registrar indicating his acceptance of the registration transfer and his agreement to the registration conditions that are set out in this Regulation or issued by the Authority in this regard.
- Payment of the domain name registration transfer fee by the person to whom the domain name is being transferred, as set out in Chapter Five of this Regulation.
