Outcomes of the Council of Ministers’ Meeting
Decisions reached during the Council of Ministers’ meeting include:
Agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for energy cooperation.
Agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the principles of the India-Middle East-Europe economic corridor.
Approval of a Framework Partnership Agreement between the Royal Commission for Al-Ula Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the National Georges Pompidou Centre of Art and Culture in the French Republic for collaboration on contemporary art exhibition projects in Al-Ula.
Approval of the Additional Protocol (Second) to the Universal Postal Convention, included in the decisions of the Extraordinary Conference (Third) of the Universal Postal Union.
Agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation and news exchange between the Saudi Press Agency and the Bulgarian News Agency.
In-principle approval of the general standard rules for real estate owners in GCC countries, intended to replace the indicative standard system for real estate owners concerning the management of common areas and building maintenance, with the indicative period expiring at the end of 2023.
Organization of The Public Institution for the Conservation of Coral Reefs & Turtles in the Red Sea.
Approval of the organization of the National Centre for Government Resource Systems.

Joining the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Madrid Agreement Protocol concerning the international registration of trademarks.
Restructuring the Board of Directors of the Social Development Bank as outlined in the decision.
Adoption of the final accounts of Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, and Sharqa University for the two preceding financial years.
