Saudi Arabia – Updated Policy for Rejected Trademark Applications
The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) has implemented an updated policy for handling rejected trademark applications.
In the past, upon the rejection of trademark applications, applicants had two options: appealing the rejection decision or modifying the mark within 10 days grace period.
However, with the implementation of the updated policy, applicants are now only able to appeal the rejection decision.
