    Sudan Patent Office Resumes Limited Operations

    The Sudanese Patent Office has resumed its operations, albeit with certain limitations. Currently, the Office is accepting new domestic patent applications. However, please be advised that further processing steps, including registration, examination, and publication, are still on hold.

    Additionally, the annuity service remains suspended, and it is not possible to process annuity fee payments at this time.
