Egypt – Increase in Patent Examination Official Fees

The Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority has issued Decision No. 26 of 2025 concerning the official fees for patent examination in Egypt.

Effective as of 18 June 2025, the decision mandates an increase in the official fees payable for requesting patent examinations.

This decision was published in the Official Gazette No. 123 dated 17 June 2025.
