    Yemen-Sana’a: Resumption of Trademark Renewal Services for US & Swedish Trademarks

    The Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Investment has announced the issuance of Ministerial Decision No. 56 of 2024, which allows the US and Swedish trademark owners to renew their trademarks in Yemen-Sana’a.

    Currently, this decision pertains exclusively to the renewals. However, it is anticipated that this development will eventually broaden to encompass the registration of new trademarks and other related IP Matters.
