    Lebanon – Ministry Closures in Lebanon on Dec 1–2 for Pope Leo XIV’s Official Visit

    The Lebanese government has announced that all ministries will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, December 1 and 2, due to the arrival of Pope Leo XIV in Beirut for an official apostolic visit declared by the Vatican. Normal operations and deadlines will resume on Wednesday, December 3.

    Please note that any official deadlines falling on these dates will automatically be carried forward to the next working day, Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
