    Qatar – Ministry of Commerce and Industry Reduces official fees for Certain Services

    Qatar’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued Ministerial Decision No. 60 for 2024, implementing fee reductions for specific services in the commerce, industry, business development, and consumer protection sectors. The aim is to spur economic growth, attract investment, and create a favorable business environment. The new fees will be effective the day after their publication in the official gazette.

    This decision follows an extensive evaluation of the business environment and investor needs by the Ministry. The fee reductions cover a broad range of services, including commercial registration, licenses, corporate services, investment business services, auditors, intellectual property rights, patents, and industrial development licenses.
