    The Lebanese Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is currently facing major operational challenges, including workforce shortages.

    However, for the new trademarks, we may be able to file them online if the LTO’s portal is operational.

    All filing deadlines have been extended starting September 23, 2024, as verbally confirmed by the IPO head, though no formal memo has been issued.
