Yemen-Sana’a: Important Update from the Trademarks Office

We are pleased to announce that, as of today, the Trademarks Office in Yemen-Sana’a has implemented Ministerial Decision No. 53/2024. This significant policy change removes the previous limitation on the number of goods and services that can be included in a single trademark application, allowing applicants to include an unlimited number of items within one application.

However, please be aware that any goods or services listed beyond the initial ten items will incur additional publication fees. These fees will be calculated at 5% of the standard publication fee for each extra item.
