    The UAE Trademark Office is now adopting the 13th edition of the Nice Classification. Hence, all new filings shall be according to the new edition.

    The 13th edition introduces several significant amendments, including the introduction of new products and services, the reclassification of certain items from one class to another, and revisions to the wording of various goods and services.
