    The UAE Trademark Office has lifted the previous restrictions concerning trademark applications filed under Class 33. Hence, the UAE Trademark Office is now accepting trademark applications under Class 33 covering alcoholic beverages.

    This development enables applicant to request trademark protection in the UAE for goods falling within this class, subject to the applicable examination and registration requirements.
