    Qatar – Commencement of Publication for International Trademark Registrations

    The Qatar Intellectual Property Office has started publishing international trademark registrations (Madrid Protocol) in its local gazette, effective October 1, 2025.

    This action starts the official 60-day period for filing third-party oppositions. The deadline to oppose an international mark is now calculated from its local publication date in Qatar.
