    Sudan – The Relocation of the Sudan TMO

    This is to advise that the Registrar General of Intellectual Property in Sudan has announced on 14th December 2025 the immediate suspension of all administrative work including filing all types of applications and collection of official fees from its temporary office in Port Sudan due to the relocation of the TMO to Khartoum.

    The announcement did not provide a date for the resumption of operations in Khartoum. As per the general rule, all official deadlines falling within this suspension period will automatically be transferred to the first working day following the official resumption of operations, ensuring that all rights remain fully protected.
