    Yemen-Sanaa: Update on Trademark Regulations and Procedures

    We would like to inform you about important updates regarding the Trademarks Office in Yemen – Sana’a, effective October 11, 2024:

    • Adoption of International Classification: The Trademarks Office has adopted the 12th edition of the Nice Classification, which has been implemented on the office’s platform.
    • New Procedures via the Platform: The Trademarks Office has started accepting all procedures through its online platform.
    • Publication of Procedures: All procedures will now be published on the platform, as no printed Gazettes will be issued going forward.
